Each smudge fan I offer in my shop is a unique, sacred creation made with love and intention. Because of their spiritual nature, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Once a fan has been used in ceremony, cleansing, or ritual, it cannot be returned or exchanged for energetic integrity.

If your fan arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days so I can make it right—either through a repair, replacement, or store credit. Please include photos of the damage and of the packaging in your correspondence.

Sometimes, a ceremonial item is just not the right item for you; in these rare cases, after a conversation, exchanges are possible.

Please note that return shipping (for approved exchanges and cases such as broken or damaged items) is the buyer’s responsibility.

Custom smudge fans are made ceremonially and with deep intention specifically for you, and therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items from my shop are packed and shipped with care using recycled and recyclable materials.

In general, because of the care I take in packaging ceremonial items, ready-made fans are shipped within 5 business days, and delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
