Earth Alchemy Healing LLC offers holistic healing and coaching rooted in Shamanic traditions and Reiki energy healing. Stephanie Baez, also known as Puma Pilla, invites you on a journey to reconnect with the elemental forces of the earth for healing, balance, and transformation. Drawing inspiration from ancient practices, we will explore how our ancestors harmonized with Pachamama (Mother Earth) to find equilibrium in their lives. Through experiential learning, you'll discover how to tap into the elemental energies of wind, sun, earth, and water to nurture emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Currently accepting in-person clients anywhere between West Palm Beach and Ft. Laudrerdale, Florida and everywhere online for virtual sessions. Special arrangements may be made for in-person sessions and classes in locations further afield; please ask about availability in your Discovery session.
Energy Healing: Reiki & Shamanism
With her training in Reiki and the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, and time spent with the indigenous Q'ero people of Peru, Stephanie deftly bridges the seen and unseen worlds through ceremony, deep reverence, and intention, facilitating transformation, transmutation, and profound healing.
A physical, emotional, and spiritual cleansing, known as a "Limpia" is used to remove and dispel dense energies we refer to as "Hucha". As humans, when we experience emotions such as anger, frustration, resentment, or depression, or when we are out of balance with our spirit, we can feel heavy or burdened.
Using sage, palo santo, essential oils, fragrances, and shamanic tools and
instruments, I help move and transmute this energy, bringing you back into harmony.
A Shamanic Limpia session typically lasts 2 hours.
Chakra Balancing
Re-align your energy centers through Chakra Balancing, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Clear blockages and achieve harmony for overall health and balance.
Energetic Modalities
I use tools that engage the senses as full-being doorways to healing, such as tuning forks, sacred geometry & the Merkaba, and cleansing plant energies like copal and sage. I also work to transmute any EMF's, zombie cells and toxins from the body and pineal gland.
Distance Healing
A guided healing session via Zoom. Energy is limitless and un-bound by time or space. We are able to connect through spirit and the ether, where I take you on a journey within and work on energies using prayer, meditation and channeled guidance.
As a Reiki practitioner, I offer several different types of Reiki. These are all wonderful modalities that can help clients achieve a greater sense of well-being and healing. First, Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that promotes energy flow, relaxation, and holistic wellness.
The exceptional Holy Fire Reiki is a powerful modality that focuses on purification, cleansing, and empowerment rooted in Christ Consciousness. This form of Reiki is not commonly offered by most practitioners.
Karuna Reiki is an advanced modality that incorporates Egyptian and Tibetan symbols to address deep trauma, promoting profound healing and transformation. It is often combined Usui and Holy Fire Reiki for enhanced effectiveness.
Sacred Spaces & House Blessings
To manifest our desires, we must align with the frequency needed to receive the blessings the universe is ready to offer. This includes harmonizing the energy in our environment. Stephanie guides clients in establishing their own sacred space, creating a sanctuary for deepening their connection to their highest self and accessing intuitive wisdom.

Our mesa altar becomes a powerful tool for healing, manifestation, and alchemical transformation, as intention and invocation are some of the most potent practices in our earth journey.
Through the creation of an altar, we activate a healing space that integrates all aspects of ourselves—spiritual and physical—as a reflection of our personal growth.
As we grow spiritually, so do our altar grounds, creating a supportive and grounded portal that
bridges heaven and earth. In a world full of outer demands, having a space like this allows us to transmute challenges into transformation, elevating us into our highest potential.

Animal Reiki is a compassionate and gentle approach to healing pets. Using Reiki, together we'll help pets recover from trauma and reset their nervous system.
Peruvian Despacho ceremonies are a traditional Andean ritual that involves the of gifts to the Pachamama, or Mother Earth. These ceremonies are typically performed by a shaman or healer and are meant to bring balance and harmony to the individual and the community.
A profound celebration of gratitude, the Despacho ceremony is a beautiful and sacred practice that honors the natural world and the interconnectedness of all things.
I offer Passing Ceremonies for pets that are in transition or have already passed, creating a peaceful and loving environment for them to transition to the afterlife. This service is designed to provide comfort and support for both pets and their owners during difficult times.
Teaching & Spiritual Stewardship
Stephanie teaches ancient earth practices, reiki, and modern approaches so that others too can support clients on their paths to self-discovery, healing, and alignment with the natural rhythms of the earth and the divine within.
Stephanie Baez is certified to teach the foundations of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition and offers half-day workshops on creating the Mesa altar, central to this cross-cultural shamanism tradition from Peruvian maestro don Oscar Miro-Quesada.
Stephanie Baez is a Reverend who teaches ways to craft meaningful ceremonies and rituals to honor life’s transitions. Set powerful intentions and connect with the spiritual realm through personalized, sacred celebrations.
Stephanie Baez is a Reiki Master and ICRT Affiliate, with training through William Lee Rand at The International Center for Reiki Training. She teaches Usui Reiki Attunements Levels 1 and 2, as well as Reiki Master class. Stephanie offers Holy Fire Reiki and Karuna placements for her more advanced Reiki Master students.
At Earth Alchemy Healing, I view each client as their own healer and guru. My role is to remind you of your own multidimensional essence, connecting you more deeply to your higher self and spirit team for profound healing.
