The Transformative Power of Forgiveness

November’s Shamanic Sister Circle was one of the most transformative. We moved through the sacred Hawaiian practice of Ho‘oponopono, the prayer of forgiveness, we dropped deeply into the spaces within us that were ready to be released, loved, and reclaimed💫
Forgiveness is such powerful medicine when we soften toward ourselves and others, we make room for more unconditional love to flow into our lives. Sometimes the healing begins with accepting that everything unfolded exactly as it needed to for us to arrive here, in this moment of remembrance ✨
Together we created a container where truth could rise-- the pain, the frustration, the anger-- not to relive it, but to finally set it free. Our meditation brought us into that cathartic place where the body opens and the spirit speaks ✨
And then, with so much love and prayer, we built our despacho mandala… tears, laughter, softness, and sisterhood weaving together. Pure intimacy. Into-me-you-see ✨
Afterward, I received this image of gratitude from a sister who had attended 💫"We are so blessed to be sharing time and love, collaborations and support," she wrote. Her artwork captures the beauty and the magic that overflowed as ayni, the energy of sacred reciprocity that we sent into the world from our sacred center.
As I reflect on this circle, my heart is overflowing. It’s been one full year of hosting these intimate shamanic women’s circles a year of healing, transformation, remembrance, and witnessing women step deeper into their power. I am so honored, so humbled, and so grateful to hold this sacred space 💫 it is hard to put into words, but hopefully you can feel the frequency through this post 💫
With munay & blessings,
